I moved into my current apartment about 3 years ago - knowing I would be calling this home for the foreseen future I immediately began bringing my dream home to life. Despite this being a rental, I was determined to make this feel and look exactly the way I wanted on a budget. From the beginning I was sure of a few things, I wanted my home to be covered in art, filled with beautiful fabrics, incorporating a mixture of new, antique, and even pieces passed down from family.
So over the last few years I’ve made it my goal to carefully and thoughtfully add pieces as I find them. Below I’ve shared a few stores that I've just loved and hopefully will inspire your next home find.

Art (and prints) can be very expensive - but this is one affordable print shop that I keep coming back to. Love Sort Of has the most exquisite high quality prints, ranging from portraits, to still lives, and of course an array of landscapes. The prints themselves are printed using museum-quality giclée printing on a smooth and matte archival paper, making these the utmost quality.
A tiny online boutique with a lovely selection of home decor and a small but mighty selection of antiques. Prices here range quite drastically but I love hunting down those amazing yet affordable pieces.
A tiny boutique tucked away in the heart of Elora. This little boutique leans into the natural world, offering a beautiful selection of glass, woods, linens, and botanicals for both inside and outside your home. A true rustic and farmhouse feel runs through everything they offer. Although I would personally recommend visiting in person their online store still has a good selection.
A beautiful collection of timeless pieces. Lemon Tree + Co blends vintage and contemporary pieces in the most elegant way. I particularly love their textiles, candles, and ceramics. This is truly the place for those timeless accent pieces that will grow and evolve with you.
